How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $40 or more. Orders under $40 have a flat $6.49 shipping fee, shown in your basket before checkout.
When will my order ship?
Physical items usually ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email when your order is on its way.
How do I receive digital products?
Software, memberships and gift cards are emailed as codes to the address you enter at checkout. Check spam or promotions folders if it doesn't arrive, then contact us.
What can I return?
Most unused physical items within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items can't be returned. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I change my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — call or email us as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it.
